摘要
用ICAM-1(Intercellularadhesionmolecule-1)和S-100免疫组织化学技术,Ishigami分级记数和统计学分析方法,研究结肠癌淋巴转移时细胞间粘附分子-1在淋巴管内皮细胞中的表达和树突状细胞(Dendriticcells,DCs)的分布.正常结肠组织淋巴管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达阴性,癌组织淋巴管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达呈阳性.随着癌组织浸润深度的增加,ICAM-1阳性淋巴管数目逐渐增多(P<0.01).当肠周淋巴结有癌转移时,ICAM-1阳性淋巴管明显多于无癌转移组(p<0.01);与ICAM-1的表达相反,树突状细胞(DCs)局部浸润强度与癌组织浸润深度呈负相关(r=-0.62,p<0.01),肠周淋巴结无癌转移组DCs数目多于有淋巴结转移组(P<0.01).ICAM-1的表达和DCs的分布与结肠癌的浸润和淋巴转移有密切关系,并对结肠癌的治疗和预后均有重要的临床意义.
The expression of Intercellular adhesion molecule1 (ICAM1) in lymphatics endothelial cells and the distribution of Dendritic cells (DCs) as lymphatic metastasis of colon cancer were investigated by ICAM1 and S100 immunohistochemics, Ishigami staging calculation and statistics analysis. ICAM1 expression of lymphatic endothelium is negative in normal colon and positive in conlon cancer, respectively. The number of ICAM1 positive lymphatics increases gradually with the depth of cancer invasion (P<0.01). In the group of cancer metastasis of colon, the number of ICAM1 positive lymphatic in lymph node is greater than in the group of no metastasis (p<0.01). In opposite of ICAM1's results, there is a negative correlation between the number of DCs and the depth of cancer invasion (r=-0.62,p<0.01). The number of DCs in no metastasis group was more than that of in metastasis group (p<0.01). The expression of ICAM1 and the distribution of DCs have relation with the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer, and they show important clinical significance in the therapy and prognosis of colon cancer.
