摘要
介绍美国有线电视的收费管理及我国在此领域的研究现状,提出“中端加扰、末端解扰”的技术解决方案,可较好地兼顾防窃收和低成本问题。
This paper has introduced the charge methods for CATV in U.S.A and current research situation in China. A new scheme based on 搒crambling at the midpoint with descrambling at the endpoint?is also described in this paper.
