风险投资是促进高新技术产业化的重要手段,发展风险投资是一项复杂的系统工程,要涉及到各方面的因素.分析了制约我国风险投资发展的因素,提出了发展我国风险投资的对策.
Venture capital is an important measure to boost the development of Hi-tech. Promoting venture capital industry is a complex system which contains many factors. The author analyzes the factors which condition the development of Chinese venture capital. Countermeasures to developing venture capital in China are given.
