摘要
随着人类对各种资源的不断开发、利用和消耗,各种废弃物也出现了快速增长的趋势,要想从根本上解决垃圾污染环境的问题,关键在于实行垃圾的源头削减,推行循环经济.通过对循环经济的概念、内涵、理论基础及其与传统经济的比较,提出了我国发展循环经济的战略选择.
