摘要
随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,高校的科技管理者必须充分运用计算机网络这一现代化的管理手段,加强和改进科技管理,形成网络化科技管理新体系,促进科技管理向现代化方向迈进。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the administrator of the science and technology in universities must employ the administrative tool computer network as sufficiently as they can to enhance and improve the administration of science and technology. This is helpful in forming the new administrative system based on the computer network and advancing the modernization of the administration of science and technology.
