Achievements and Advantages of Research on IGF-I and Sports

摘要 采用文献资料法综述了国内外有关胰岛素生长因子(IGF-I)的研究进展。研究表明,IGF-I是生长激素促生长作用的调节因子,IGF-I受运动训练、年龄、性别等因素的影响很小,但对外源性生长激素有很高的敏感性。 Achievements and advantages of recent researches on IGF-I at home and abroad weresummarized by documentation. Results: IGF-I was the accommodated factor of GH.IGF-I was littleaffected by such factors as training ,age and sex, but it was much affected by ectogenesis GH.
