摘要
本文通过简化的三点弯曲试件滑移线场的理论分析建立了塑性转动因子γ_P、静水应力σ_H、加载处ω角、裂尖处β角四个参数的函数关系式,并讨论了浅裂纹中ω、β对σ_H和γ_P的影响。最后应用三维弹塑性有限元计算了裂尖处的σ_0,β以及加载处ω角等与塑性区的关系。
In this paper, the equations for the plastical rotation factor γ_ρ, the hydrostatic stress σ_Η, the angle at the loading point ω, and the angle at the crack tip β are obtained by analyzing the slip-line field of three point bend speciments. The influence of ω and β on σ_Η and γ_ρ in the shallow cracks are discussed. Finally, with the three diamensional finite-element method, σ_e and β angle at the crack tip and the relation between ω angle and plastic zone are analysed.
