摘要
本文研究了水力旋流器的底流口直径变化时,其压力降的变化规律。认为对现有的生产装置,在满足分离效率的前提下,应采用尽量大的底流口直径,从而达到节能或扩大生产能力的目的。
The pressure drop in hydrocyclones with variable diameters of underdischarge outlet have been measured experimentally. For present production facilities, in order to reduce energy consumption or enhance productive capacity, the diameter of underdischarge outlet should be as large as possible while not reducing the separation efficiency of the cyclone.
