摘要
应用一种新型的柱浮选除炭工艺,通过各种条件下的粉煤灰常规浮选与浮选柱浮选对比试验,表明双射流浮选柱浮选流程的分离除炭效果明显优于常规浮选分选系统,更适于微细颗粒分选,具有入料适应性好、分选精度和产率高的特点。其分选效率和工艺成本均优于传统的浮选机工艺流程。
A new type of flotation column technology is tested in the research work. It is shown from the experiments that decar - boniza-tion performance of flotation column is obviously superior to conventional flotation process. It offers many advantages such as excellent adaptability to feeding material, higher separation precision and high- er output. It has high efficiency and low operation cost compared withconventional flotation machine.
