摘要
讨论建立博士学位论文全文数据库的必要性和可行性,分析国内外博硕士学位论文数据库建设的现状,在探讨国际免费软件Winisis功能、特点的基础上,论述利用Winisis作为平台构建和管理博士学位论文全文数据库的具体方法与步骤。
The authors discuss the necessity and importance of creating the full text database of Ph. D dissertations, and analyze the situation and development of Ph. D dissertation database in China and overseas. Considering the characteristics and functions of free international software Winisis , the authors think that Wi-nisis is an ideal software system to create and manage the full text database of Ph. D dissertations in China. The methods and steps of creating the full text database by Winisis are introduced in this paper.
