摘要
在现行的技术规范中忽略了一个在大车运行时限制最大瞬时水平方向变形值的条件 ,尤其是在起重机制动过程中 ,而主梁的水平刚性非常重要。某热轧厂钢卷仓库内的 2台 35t、80m/min的钢卷搬运起重机 ,原来每个月至少要更换 2次车轮 ,在改进了主梁水平刚性后的 15个月内 ,车轮没有再更换过 ,收到了令人惊奇的效果。
Maximum transient horizontal deformation on box girders of crane during crane running is not limited in the current design specifications.However,horizontal stiffness is very important to normal operation of the crane,especially during its braking process.Horizontal stiffness of the girders is increased by improvements to two 35 t steel roll handling cranes with a speed of 80 m/min at a hot rolled steel roll warehouse and no wheel is replaced within 15 months (at least twice a month before improvements).
