文章对新颁布的《北京图书馆条例》中鼓励私人兴办图书馆问题 ,进行了可行性及市场前景分析 。
The article analyzes the possibility and the potentiality of the market to the problem of encouraging establishing libraries privately, in the 'Beijing Library Regulations', which was recently issued, and brings up a new idea that called the muture-beneficial cooperation.
