摘要
劈尖干涉测细丝直径 ,是等厚干涉实验的具体应用。而实测中等厚干涉条纹间距并不相等。对这一实验现象进行较为深入的理论分析和解释 。
Measuring the diameter of filament by wedge,is the application of equal thickness interference.experiment.But the space between strias is not equal in the experiment.Theory leecubrate and the test method for reducing error is given in this paper.
