摘要
本文介绍测量电网频率、频偏和相位差的准同步采样方法。它能有效地抑制谐波对测量结果的影响和减小未完全同步所产生的误差,从而使上述参数的采样数字式测量具有很高的准确度,为电力系统提供了一种快速可靠的测量方法。
In this paper, a novel method based on the quasi-synchronous sampling principle for measuring the frequency, frequency deviation and phase angle difference in power system is described. By this method, the influence caused by the harmonics of the measured signals and the measuring error arising from asynchronism can both be reduced, which results in much higher accuracy in the measurement of parameters as mentioned above.
