摘要
出口信用保险为出口企业规避风险、安全收汇、顺利经营提供了安全保证,对一国的国际贸易具有积极的促进作用。而我国出口信用保险发展缓慢,与发达国家存在很大差距,这在很大程度上制约了我国高技术产品的出口。因此,为实现"科技兴贸"的计划目标,借鉴国际经验,探讨发展我国出口信用保险的对策有一定的现实意义。
Exporting credit insurance is a guarantee to risk avoiding, capital safety and successful operation and has positive impact on international trade. Most countries are making efforts to develop it. In China, its slow developing pace affects the exporting scale of high technology products. The paper believes it is of great significance to accelerate the development of exporting credit insurance in China in its efforts to realize the goal of boosting trade through science and technology.
