文章回顾了我国科技中介组织的发展过程,探讨了科技中介组织与国家创新体系以及各类创新主体和要素市场之间的关系,分析了中介组织发展过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了政策建议。
The article recalls the development of science &technology agents in China, then study the relationships between science &technology agents and national innovation system as well as all kinds of innovative domains and factors market. The article also analyses problems in its development. Furthermore, author provides policies and suggestions to deal with existing as well as potential problems.
