摘要
目的 探讨尿路内翻性乳头状瘤的诊断和治疗的方法。方法 1994-04/2002-06发现的16例膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果 16例中,15例在临床症状。膀胱镜检查和影像学上的表现与移行上皮乳头状癌类似,7例依靠活检在术前确诊;13例经尿道肿瘤电切。结论 术前内窥镜检查加活检确诊;首选经尿道肿瘤切除术;术后长期随访、及时发现并存的移行上皮癌。
AIM To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of inverted papillomas of the bladder. METHODS A retrospective analysis was performed in 16 cases of inverted papiilomas of the bladder from April, 1994 to June, 2002 combined with the references. RESULTS 15 out of 16 cases had the similiar characters as the bladder transitional cell carcinoma manifests in the case of their symptoms , cystoseopic manifestations and their iconographic characters;and 7 cases got their final diagnoses through biopsy before operation; 13 cases received the TOR - Bt operations. CONCLUSIONS Biopsy under endoscopic examination to diagnose and to resect under endoscopy is the best choice. long - term and thorough follow - up , to find the accompanying transitional cell carcinoma in time is of key value.
