摘要
目的 分析良性前列腺增生术后伴下原路症状的病因及对策。方法 对26例良性前列腺增生术后仍存在下尿路症状者临床资料进行分析并行尿动力学检查。结果 26例中膀胱功能障碍16例,单纯下尿路梗阻9例,尿道括约肌损伤Ⅰ例。结论 良性前列腺增生术后仍存在下尿路症状的主要原因为膀胱逼尿肌功能障碍和梗阻解除不全,尿动力学检查对分析其原因及进一步治疗具有重要的价值。
AIM To analyze the etiological factor and therapy of lower tract symptoms in the postoperative patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, METHODS Hie clinical data of 26 cases with lower urinary tract symptoms following prostatectomy were analyzed. The pa-tients were assessed by urodynamic study. RESULTS There were 16 cases of bladder dysfunction , 9 eases of simple lower urinary tract obstruction and 1 ease of urethral sphincter damage. CONCLUSION The main cause of lower urinary tract symptoms following prostatec-tomy involve in impaired dctrusor contractility and residual obstruction. Urodynarnic study is very important to analyze and treat lower urinary traet symptoms following prostatectomy.
