摘要
采用相转移催化界面缩聚反应合成了聚对/间苯二甲酸双酚A酯(1:1)(聚芳酯)。研究了聚合反应的影响因素,并利用低聚物端基的活性合成出聚芳酯-酰胺共聚物。该聚合产物的分子量可在较大范围内调节,而分子量分布则基本保持不变。此外,所得产物易于分离提纯,杂质含量低,具有较高的热稳定性,在450℃前几乎没有热失重。
A polyarylate (JFZ) of bisphenol-A with 50/50 tere/isophthaloyl chloride was prepared by interfacial polycondensation system with a phase transfer catalyst. Effect of the amount of catalyst and the molar ratio of rcactants on polycondensation was studied.A living oligomer could be prepared in this system'and an aromatic polyester-amide copolymer was synthesised. In this polycondensation system, the molecular weight of JFZ could be regulated within a wide range while the molecular weight distribution remains basically unchanged.JFZ synthesised by the system is casy to be purged and more resistant to thermal decomposition, its incipient temperature of thermal weight loss is higher than 450℃.
