摘要
用静电涂油机给钢板 (带 )喷涂的防锈油应易于带电 ,实现均匀连续喷涂 ,要求油中水、气、杂质含量少 ,添加剂含量适中 ,电阻、击穿电压值较大 ,喷涂在钢板 (带 )上的油膜强度较高 ,防锈性能好 ,对钢板(带 )不产生腐蚀作用。
The rustproof oil sprayed on to the steel plate (orstrip)from electrostatic oiler should charge easily and spray evenly and continuously.It should contain little water,gas or impurities and the content of additive should be moderate.The resistance and puncture voltage of oil must belarge.The intensity of oil film sprayed on to the steel plate (orstrip) must be high.The oil film must be highly rustproof doing no corrosive damage to the steel plate (orstrip) .
