The summary:There are some main reasons leading to the insufficient effective demand ability:the disparity of resident's income and distributions is getting wide;the growth rate of peasant's income is slowed down;the number of laid-off workers in the city is huge.The measures to the effective demand of our country with insufficient ability:narrowing the disparity of resident's income and distributions;raising peasant's in come;solving the urban laid-off worker's problem concerning life.
