摘要
本文通过对新时期高等学校人才资源管理的对象、层次、内容和工作重点的论述 ,揭示了加强高等学校人才资源管理的重要性 ,提出了高校选拔、培养。
The article analyses the major aspects of talent resources management in schools of higher learning:the target,levels,coverage,focus of the management.It demonstrates the importance of fortifying talent resources management and puts forward measures to select,cultivate and attract talents in schools of higher learning.
