摘要
借鉴各国构建电子化政府的途径 ,推动中国政府的体制改革。进入新世纪 ,我国应通过政府上网 ,实现政府再造 ,其目标是建设网络环境下民主、服务、廉洁。
Entering new century, our country should build electronic government and realize reengineering government. Our object is to build an government which has democracy, service, probity, and high efficiency in the network circumstance.
