摘要
采用焊接电信息测试系统采集典型焊条的焊接电流和电压信息 ,通过U -I图分析和统计分析提取某些反映焊条类型不同而造成的电弧稳定性变化的特征信息 ,该信息能够用于焊条工艺性能的评定与改进。
Welding current and voltage of representative electrode can be collected by a test system of welding electrical information. Some characteristic information reflecting arc stability change because of the type difference of electrode also can be picked by U-I analysis and statistical analysis, which can be used to assess and improve the procedure performance of electrode.
