摘要
目的 :本文对 34例静脉注射爱维治的糖尿病性周围神经病变患者 ,进行了疗效及副作用等方面的观察 ,发现该药可以明显缓解患者的四肢疼痛、麻木、发凉等症状 ,四肢神经功能有一定的恢复 ,没有明显副作用。临床观察显示 ,爱维治是一种安全有效的糖尿病周围神经病变治疗药物。
Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were studied on the treatment of Actovegin.It was found that Actovegin significantly relieved the pain and numbness associated with the disease.No significant side-effects on blood pressure or kidney and liver functions were found.The study suggests that Actovegin is a relatively safe and efficient supplementary for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
