摘要
目的 :分析脑病昏迷患者恢复期导致患者病情恶化、死亡的常见原因 ,总结经验教训。方法 :回顾分析 1995年 7月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月间死于脑昏迷患者恢复期的 31例住院患者的死亡原因。结果 :恢复期常见原因与急性期有明显不同 ,大部分与肺部感染 ,重要器官并发症有关 ,与医护的疏忽亦有一定关系。结论 :对恢复期死亡常见危险原因要有充分认识 ,积极预防 ,早期诊断 ,及时处理可有效减少死亡的发生。
Objective:To analyse the common causes resulting in exacerbation and death of patients with coma of cranial nerve during recovery phase in hospital,for summarizing the experience.Methods:To retrospectively analyse the causes of death resulted from cranial coma of 31 patients during recovery phase in hospital from July 1995 to July 2002.Results: The causes during recovery phase were obviously different from acute phase,all of them was related to the infection of lung and complications of major organs,but some were also certainly related to the carelessness of doctor and nurse.Conclusions:The common causes of death during recovery phase must be full recognized,the active prevention.Early diagnosis and concurrent treatment can be effective to decrease the occurrence of death.
