摘要
思想政治教育是教育工作的生命线,而素质教育是当前高校人才培养的中心工作,二者已成为当前人才培养与教育中的重大课题。思想政治教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,是核心与灵魂,在素质教育中起主导作用和政治保证作用。
Ideological and political education is the lifeblood of education work,while qualities education is the central task of current personnel training of colleges and universities.Both of them are the two most important questions for study in nowadays personnel training and education.Furthermore,ideological and political education is a key and important component part of personnel education,and it plays a leading and political backing role in personnel education.
