摘要
通常通过对跨线测量各种近似公式全微分得到近似的误差公式。本文由精确公式出发,推导出螺纹精密跨线测量的各种误差对测量值影响的一组公式,并对误差分布规律及应用前景作了探讨。
Generally, the error formula of over-wire measurement is derived from an approximate formula. In this paper, a group error formulas of precision over -wire measurement derived from an exact formula are presented. The influence of various errors on the measuring values in over-wire measurement of screw, as well as the laws of errors distribution are discussed. Some suggestions of formulas' application are also given.
