摘要
首先阐述了路网的可靠性在评估其服务水平时起重要的作用,其中包括连通性、旅行时间的可靠性以及通行能力的可靠性等,它们作为衡量路网服务水平的重要指标。连通性虽然仅包括连通、不连通两种情况,但其却是路网可靠性研究的基础;随着道路阻塞的时常发生,旅行时间的可靠性、通行能力的可靠性也用来衡量道路的状况。本文重点围绕这三方面展开讨论,提出了有待研究的问题。
The paper highlights the importance of the reliability of transportation network such as connective reliability, travel time reliability and capacity reliability and so on, which acts as a measure of the level of service of transportation network. Connective reliability involving connective and dis-connective is the basement of reliability of transportation. In recent years, congestion happens frequently and randomly, travel time reliability and capacity reliability are taken into account in the system condition estimation. This paper pays attention to analyze these indexes such as connection reliability, travel time reliability and capacity reliability and bring forward some topics deserving study.
