摘要
该文应用层次分析和模糊集合论的基本理论和方法,提出灌区管理考核的递阶多层次群模糊分析方法,将定性分析和定量分析有机地结合起来。同时充分考虑考核过程中的群体因素,为灌区管理年度间考核、横向互评、以及国家大中型灌区的分类及等级划分提供了一个科学可行的途径和方法。
Based on the basic theory and method of AHP andfuzzy,the method of multi-level group fuzzy synthetical analysis withhierarchy for evaluation of irrigated area management is proposed inthis paper. It combines the qualitative analysis with the quantitativeanalysis organically and fully considers the factors of group. It gives apracticable way to make a management comparison between differentareas and successive years,and a classification of irrigated areas.
