摘要 本文描述了在(4—300)K范围内精密测量国产奥氏体不锈钢(SRM-798)电阻率的实验装置。给出了用四端电位法测量的长为230mm,直径为10mm的样品电阻率的数据及数据的拟合方程,拟合的标准差为±0.023%。测量电阻率的合成不确定度为±0.17%,样品电阻率在一年半期间内的稳定性为±0.2%,与NBS推荐值的偏差在±0.6%以内。 An apparatus for the measurement of electrical resistivity over a temperature range of 4 to 300K is described and the electrical resistivity data for Au-stenitic stainless steel specimen (SRM-798) are given. The measurement was conducted using the standard 4-terminal potentiometric method on a cylindrical rod of 230mm in length and 10mm in diameter. A fitting equation is suggested with a standard deviation of 0.23%. The measurement uncertainty is 0.17%. The resistivity instability of the specimen is 0.2% over one and half year. The relative difference between the measured resistivity and the values recommended by NBS is within ?.6%.
