摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声综合评分与肝纤维化病理分期的关系。 方法 回顾分析 14 0例经肝活检病理分期〔1〕的慢性肝炎患者的彩色多普勒超声诊断报告 ,对其肝脏、胆囊、脾脏二维图象 ,门静脉内径 ,门静脉最大流速 ,肝静脉频谱进行综合评分 ,计算积分。 结果 肝纤维化 0～ 4组间的积分比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断综合评分是一种可用于诊断肝纤维化的无创伤。
Objective To explore the relationship between the degrees of hepatic fibrosis and comprehensive score by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods The data of color Doppler ultrasonography of 140 patients(divided into 5 growps) with chronic hepatitis diagnosed by biopsy were reviewed. The comprehensive score to ultrasonographic manifestation of liver, gall bladder, spleen,inner diameter and maximal flow rate of hepatic portal vein was calculated in each group. Results There were significant differences in comprehensive score among five groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive score by color Doppler ultrasonography is a non invasive and valuable method for diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
