摘要
目的 :探讨采用导乐分娩结合产程活跃期吸入笑气镇痛的效果及应用价值。方法 :将住院拟经阴分娩的正常初产妇 180例随机分为两组。观察组行导乐陪伴加活跃期吸入笑气镇痛分娩。对照组行常规分娩。结果 :观察组镇痛效果 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 ( P<0 0 1) ,产程明显缩短 ( P<0 0 5 )。结论 :导乐分娩结合产程活跃期吸入笑气镇痛效果好 ,缩短产程 ,使用简单、安全 。
Objective:To investigate clinical value of N 2O analgesia in accelerating phase of labour process.Method:180 cases primipara with vaginal delivery were divided into experiment group who received N 2O inspiration during accelerating phase + happy accompary,control group under going routine vaginal delivery.Result:Experiment group show better in analgesia(P<0 01),shorter labour process(P<0 05).Conclusion:This method show better analgesia,shorter process,safe,simple,worthy for spreading.
