带补偿电容低压配电网一相断线问题的研究

摘要 在装有三角形接法补偿电容的单端供电低压配电网中,发生一相断线故障时,负载端断线相因电容回路的存在而使相电压不为零值,但其数值极低,约在10伏左右。然而,在变压器出口处断线相电压会有较大幅度的升高,可能损坏家用电器。本文通过详细分析计算,指出这种电压升高的数值与负载位置、系统元件参数和断线位置等因素有关,但受补偿电容的影响却很小。 In single-side-power-supply low-voltage distribution network with △-connected compensating condensers, the line-to-ground voltage of the breaking phase at load-side does not equal zero during single-phase breaking fault and is only about 10 volts. However, the magnitude of the breaking phase voltage at transformer exit may have a relatively high raise, and may cause damage to electric appliance. From the analysis in this paper, it is shown that the value of this voltage raise is dependent on the fault location, the parameters of network elements, and the location of loads, etc, but is little infuluenced by the compensating condensers.
