摘要
分析了目前我国催化裂化装置回收系统存在的主要问题及其产生的原因 ,综述了国内催化裂化装置回收系统工艺技术和设备的进展情况 ,重点介绍了清华大学开发的一种新型回收工艺。该工艺提出了微分冷凝、直接水冷法、C5作为吸收剂等多项改进措施。对今后催化裂化装置回收系统的研究方向进行了探讨。
Main problems and their causes in domestic FCC unit recovery system have been analyzed. Development of process technology and equipment both at home and abroad are described with the emphasis on a new recovery system developed by Tsinghua University. Measures such as differential condensation, direct water cooling and using C 5 as absorbent have been adopted in the new process. Research direction of FCC unit recovery system has been explored.
