摘要
加强师德建设是巩固社会主义经济基础与促进社会生产力发展的宏观需要,是上层建筑一定要适应经济基础规律的客观要求。从师德体系内诸要素的联系中,运用唯物辨证法对立统一,内因外因以及实践的观点与方法,全面系统地抓好师德建设。
Strengthening teachers'moral construction is the need of consolidating socialism economic basis and improving socialism producing forces. The article analyses how to do will in teachers' moral construction from the connection among factors in teachers'moral system and the view of inside reason and outside reason and practice using materialist dialectics.
