南水北调东线工程(山东段)环境地质影响评估

摘要 本文利用环境地质调查资料,对南水北调东线工程(山东段)沿线地质、水文地质、工程地质、环境条件进行概述。筛选出影响环境地质系统质量优劣因素,土壤环境、地下水环境、工程地质环境、地质环境四类因素作为评价因子。从单环境评价中,求取综合指标,利用模糊评判模型进行环境地质现状综合评价。然后再进行调水对环境产生的正、负环境效应分析,寻找可变因素,从而进行环境地质影响评价。评价结果是,沿线环境地质现状较差,调水后产生的正环境效应大于负环境效应。 According to the survey on environmental geology, those of geology, hydrogeology, engineering geology and environmental condition of the east line engineering of southnorth water transfer project (section of Shandong Province) are briefly stated in this paper. The factors influence quality of environmental geological system are picked up. They are soil, ground water, engineering geology and geology environment. From single environmental evaluation, the comprehensive indexes are got, and present status of environmental geology is comprehensively evaluated by using fuzzy evaluating model. Then the positive and negative environmental effects caused by water transfer are analyzed in order to search the changeable factors and to evaluate the influence on environmental geology. As a results, the present status of environmental geology is worse, and the positive effect is greater than negative after water transfer.
