摘要
以精苯炼化过程的自动控制系统设计为背景,在采用国外先进集散控制系统的结构的基础上,针对温度控制问题,运用串级、前馈的方法有效克服了精馏塔内及塔间的耦合现象;针对进料控制问题,采用均匀控制方法有效地减弱了塔际的干扰。上述两种方法在实际应用过程中取得了较好的运行效果。结合功能先进、界面友好的应用监控软件设计,形成了一套完整的集散型控制系统。
A DCS structure based control system was designed for Benzene distillation proce ss,in which the advanced foreign DCS products were adopted.The cascade and feed -forward control method were used to overocme the coupling factors between top and bottom as well as inlet flow and temperature,and the temperature was exactl y controlled;meanwhile,mean-control strategy was adopt in feed flow turning to d ecrease the disturbance from last stage tower.The application showed good re sults.Together with the vivid and friendly operation interface,an integrated DCS system was finally developed.
