摘要
在对共轭齿轮副与公共齿条之间空间啮合关系进行研究的基础上,建立了一套完整的交错轴传动锥形齿轮副几何设计方法.理论和试验结果表明,推导得到的计算公式,不仅适合于交错轴传动在各种布局形式下的锥形齿轮副设计,同样也适用于平行轴、相交轴等传动类型.该设计方法包括两个种类:一类是已知锥形齿轮基本参数,需确定共轭齿轮副及机构安装参数的直接设计法;另一类是依照特定的安装参数进行齿轮副几何参数设计的方法.最后,通过测试齿轮及实际产品的设计、加工,验证了该研究成果的正确性和实用性.
Based on the analysis of the spatial meshing relationship between conjugate gears and reference rack, a set of intact geometrical design methods for conical involute gear pair with nonintersecting-nonparallel-axes is presented. The derived formulae can be applied not only to all the possible independent layout forms of crossed-axes gear drive, but also to the case of parallel axes and intersecting axes. The design is composed of two methods - the sequential method and the reverse one. The former is a method to determine the mounting dimensions when the basic dimensions of a pair of gears are given first. The latter is a method to determine the basic dimensions of a pair of gears when the mounting dimensions are given first. The test gears are designed and made, and tooth bearing tests are performed. These practices show that this design method has applicability.
