摘要
本文重点分析了企业国际化供应链运作机制和供应链运作的IMCBKVW-7F模式,以中国苏州地区的笔记本电脑制造业为例,分析了国际供应链的实际运作,并由此得出一些有意义的结论。
The paper made an in -depth analysis of the international enterprise supply -chain operation mechanism and the IMCBKVW-7F supply-chain operation model. Using notebook computer industry in Suzhou area of China, it further analyzed the real world operation of the international supply-chain and drawn some interesting conclusions.
