摘要
本文对国际技术转移的动因、过程、相关问题以及中国企业通过技术转移实现全球化的对策等问题进行了较为深入的探讨,同时结合当前有关研究的最新成果,对获得技术能力的相关理论知识进行了介绍。
The paper explored in depth the driving forces, processes, and issues related to the international technology transfer and the proper responses of the Chinese enterprises to the globalization by technology transfer. It also discussed knowledge related issues using the most current research results.
