摘要
本文对信息系统在企业中的应用过程进行了阶段划分,分析了目前企业信息系统建设的特点及存在的问题,提出信息系统建设已成为复杂的系统工程,需要相应的理论和方法对其全部实施过程进行有效管理,并提出了进行战略管理和规范实施过程的建议。
By analyzing the influence of information system on organization structure, business process and enterprise strategy, the paper puts forth a staged model for enterprise information system
application. And by discussing the characters and problems existed in the current process of building enterprise information system, the paper argues that the process has become complex system engineering. So the corresponding theory and method are needed to manage it effectively. Finally a proposal for strategic management and process standardization is put forth.
