摘要
文章基于多年的实践经验,阐述了当前高校图书馆开展国际期刊交换工作的作用,提出了与国外学术机构开展国际期刊交换活动的原则、途径、方法以及具体的工作经验与体会。
Based on years practice and experience of international serial exchange at a-cademic libraries, the paper interprets the significance, functions, principles, channels and methods of international serial exchange service to supplement collection development.
