摘要
目的白内障已成为影响老年人生活质量的重要疾病,探讨黛力新及心理疏导对老年白内障患者超声乳化吸除术后神经症患者的疗效。方法46例术后患者口服黛力新同时还接受心理干预治疗,治疗前后分别用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评估。结果全部患者治疗后总有效率为93%。SCL-90各因子平均记分明显较治疗前降低(P均<0.05),其中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁和焦虑等因子记分下降更为显著(P均<0.01)。结论黛力新及心理疏导治疗老年白内障患者超声乳化吸除术后神经症是有效的。
Aim To explore the effect of Dexin combined with mental dredging on postoperative neurosis in senile cataract treated by ultraemulsive exsuction.Methods 46 patients received Dexin treatment combined with mental intervention after treatment and assessed according to symptom self evaluation scale (SCL 90) before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in whole patients was 93% , mean scores of SCL 90 factors were obviously decreased compared with before treatment (P< 0.05) among which decreasing of scores of somatization, compulsion, depression and anxiety were more significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion Dexin combined with mental dredging is effective on postoperative neurosis in senile cataract treated by ultraemulsive exsuction.<P>
