摘要
没有协调好城市发展与旧城保护的关系 ,致使旧城保护动力不足 ,是北京旧城保护屡屡受挫的根本原因之一。为了增强旧城保护的内在动力 ,从根本上建立起有利于旧城保护的城市发展机制 ,使旧城保护走上可持续的道路 ,必须实现城市发展、旧城利用与保护的统一。
Due to the limited land resources in the Ancient City of Beijing, some kinds of urban functions ought to be dispersed to the suburban area to reduce the pressures on the Ancient City. In a word, we could benefit from fully exploitation of the Ancient Citys resources in the opinion of integrity of urban development and city conservation.
