摘要
本文建立了模拟车辆发动机驱动二次元件的转速控制系统和传动桥轮边加载二次元件的转矩控制系统的数学模型。在此基础上,对校正前后的转速和转矩控制系统进行了开环频域特性分析。并利用MATLAB软件,对该系统进行了输出响应特性仿真,依此对系统的控制精度和响应特性进行了较为详细的分析。所得有关结论,为车辆传动桥二次调节模拟加载系统的设计提供了依据。
Established in this paper are the mathematical model of the rotational speed control system of the driving secondary units which simulate the vehicle engine, and of the torque control system of the loading secondary units which simulate the wheel edge of the transmission bridge. Based on this model, the open loop characteristics of the rotational speed and torque control system with or without compensation respectively are analyzed. With MATLAB, the output characteristics of the system are simulated , and according to this, the control resolution and the output characteristics of the system are analyzed in detail. The conclusions of this paper provide guidance to the design of load simulation system of vehicle transmission bridge with secondary regulation.
