钛硅共晶系合金的微观组织与断裂特征 被引量:1

摘要 钛硅共晶系合金的组织形态与传统铸造钛合金组织完全不同,随着Si含量的增多,合金塑性变差;断口形貌显示,合金的断裂为明显的脆性断裂,但不同类型的合金断裂机制又不尽相同。试验测试了亚共晶Ti 7%Si合金和共晶Ti 8 5%Si合金的室温和高温拉伸性能。 The microstructures, mechanical properties and fracture mechanisms of Ti Si eutectic alloy were studied. It was found that the microstructures of the alloy were different from the classical casting Ti alloys, which were the same to that of eutectic systems such as Fe C alloy and Al Si alloy. The results of compressing experiment indicated that the elongation was getting worse with the increasing of Si content in the alloy. The fracture surfaces showed that the fracture character of the alloy was clearly cleavage fracture. The fracture mechanisms of different type eutectic alloys were discussed The mechanical properties of Ti 7%Si hypoeutectic alloy and Ti 8 5%Si eutectic alloy at room temperature and high temperatures were tested.
