摘要
通过调整高速钢成分和采用RE K Na复合变质处理,改变了共晶碳化物的形态和分布,使铸造高速钢冲击韧度提高69 9%,热疲劳抗力也明显改善。变质处理高速钢导辊使用中不粘钢、不破碎、不剥落,使用寿命比高镍铬合金铸钢和Cr12MoV锻钢导辊提高2~3倍。
High speed steel (HSS) has high hardness, good high temperature hardness and excellent wear resistance. The eutectic carbides of cast HSS are distributed into network so that cast HSS has high brittleness. By means of adjusting HSS compositions and modefying HSS in REKNa, the morphology and distribution of eutectic carbides can be improved, and then impact toughness of HSS is increased by 699%, thermal fatigue resistance is also improved. Using in high speed wire rod mill,modefying HSS guide roller doesn't adhere steel and not break up, its service life is 2~3 times longer than that of high nickel chromium cast steel and Cr12MoV forging steel guide rollers.
