摘要
目的 探讨外科手术治疗耐多药肺结核的效果及方法。方法 对 1994年 10月～ 2 0 0 0年 10月间收治的 5 6例耐多药肺结核手术病人进行回顾分析。结果 5 6例耐多药肺结核手术病人 ,4 6例 (82 % )术后痰菌转阴 ,10例 (18% )持续排菌 ,均为微量排菌。结论 对于耐多药肺结核病人 。
Objective Discuss the effects and methods of surgery treatment of multifold anti medicament.Method Analyze 56 cases of patients that have been operated on multifold anti medicament for tuberculosis form October 1994 to October 2000.Results Of those 56 caes of patients, 46 (82%) were sputum negative conversed during their treatment after surgery; 10 cases (18%) continue to vent minim zymes.Conclusion Surgery is an effective treatment to multifold anti medicament patients.
