网织血小板检测的临床意义

摘要 网织血小板(reticulated platelet,RP)代表由骨髓巨核细胞新释放入外周血最新生成的血小板,其胞浆内不含细胞核和DNA,仅残留mRNA和粗面内质网,保留合成少量蛋白质的能力。它反映了循环中最年轻的血小板,是血小板新的研究领域。RP百分率(RP％)及绝对值(RPC)计数对于分析骨髓巨核细胞血小板生成动力学和血小板减少机制具有重要意义。本文就RP检测在临床的应用作一综述。
